In the Coop Productions is a fully teen-run theater company where young artists take the lead at every stage of the creative process. From directing and staging to acting, design, and production management, our shows are imagined and executed by teens who are passionate about storytelling and collaboration. We believe that giving young people real artistic responsibility builds confidence, leadership, and a deeper understanding of theater as both an art form and a craft.

Adult mentors may support behind the scenes, but the vision, execution, and energy of each production come directly from the teens themselves.
